Analysis of a Single Input Z-Source DC-DC Converter
Authors: Aswathy R, Rani S
Abstract
This paper is related to investigate characteristics and performance of a single input Z-source dc/dc converter which boosts the input voltage to a higher output voltage. Zsourcestructure increases the reliability of the converter. Operating principles of the Z-sourcedc-dc converter is described by current and voltage waveforms of the components and mathematical expressions.Waveforms obtained and mathematical expressions areconfirmed by simulations.

Abstract
Noise separation from the noisy image is a greater concern today. It is included in the image by several medium like air, motion and dust particles etc. There are several methodology are proposed but the research area is still alive for the betterment. In this paper we have presented a row based arrangement for image extraction. The methodology we have adopted is Wavelet based Linear Gaussian Image Denoising. We also provide comparison on different noise level and achieved good results.
Association Rule Mining with enhancing List Level Storage for Web Logs: A Survey
Author: Prashant Sharma
Abstract
Storing and calculating web page rank is a crucial research area. There are also several researches are going on but the need of betterment it still there because of the following reasons: 1) Impact should be calculated cumulative it is not based on the single page rank 2) Automatic rank identification 3) Way of storage. So our study mainly focuses on the above three directions. Our study analyzes several related researches in these directions to find the useful techniques and remove the drawback from the traditional techniques. Based on our observation we will also suggest some future suggestion which will be incorporated for better weigh estimation process for web logs.
Secure Handshake in Wi-Fi Connection (A Secure and Enhanced Communication Protocol)

Abstract
This paper presents a concept of enhancing the security in wireless communication. A Computer Network is an interconnected group of autonomous computing nodes, which use a well-defined, mutually agreed set of rules and conventions known as protocols, interact with one-another meaningfully and allow resource sharing preferably in a predictable and controllable manner. Communication has a major impact on today’s business. It is desired to communicate data with high security. These days wireless communication has become an essential form of communication in all aspects of daily life. The main reason for this popularity among other things like the speed of communication and low cost is the convenience of managing and handling data transfer. However this communication is diminished by the insecurity of communication and unidentified intrusion into the network. This paper deals with a communication protocol that can be used in any wireless network for enhancing the security and preventing any unwanted intruders in penetrating the network.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate Antidepressant activity of aqueous and methanolic leaf and shoot extracts of Ageratum conyzoides plant in mice. Methods: The Antidepressant activity of aqueous and methanolic leaf and shoot extracts of Ageratum conyzoides plant were tested by Forced Swim Test (FST) and Tail Suspension Test (TST) in albino mice and the results were compared for the both extracts. Imipramine was used as the standard drug for comparison. Results: Phytochemical screening showed presence of carbohydrates, alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, phenols, cardiac glycosides. AEAC (Aqueous Extract of Ageratum conyzoides) and MEAC (Methanolic Extract of Ageratum conyzoides) did not produce any lethal effect even upto 2000mg/kg, p.o during Acute Oral Toxicity study. In FST (Forced swim test) and TST (Tail Suspension test), AEAC (Aqueous Extract of Ageratum conyzoides) showed diminution of duration of immobility time in 200mg/kg but not in 100mg/kg.
