Abstract
Abstract

IEEE 802.11 is a well-known standard for wireless local area networks for both infrastructure Based and Ad-hoc networks. In our research we will work on the MAC layer in wireless network. In these work we will study and analyze the theoretical and mathematical model of Random Access channel in wireless network. Wireless Network Aloha is feasibly the simplest and most-studied medium access control protocol in existence. Earlier study on Aloha using a slotted Aloha, Pure Aloha and OFDMA aloha have shown that the usage trend analysis very much depends on the performance of the multiple channel schemes that divided frequency and time slots. But this algorithm has some disadvantage: It may not increase the throughput performance of a MAC scheme [3], [4]. The first drawback does not only concern pure aloha, but all other algorithms. In this work, we will analyze the performance of the medium access control (MAC) mechanism using IEEE 802.11MAC protocol. IEEE 802.11 is a set of medium access control and physical layer (PHY) specification for implementing wireless local area network (WLAN) computer communication in the frequency bands.

Abstract
Abstract

Efficiently updating the discovered association rules thus becomes a crucial issue. In this paper, we have considered the problem of web data mining. These days the Internet has been well known as an enormous information storehouse comprising of a mixture of information sorts and a lot of inconspicuous educational learning, which can be found through an extensive variety of information mining or machine learning standards. All these sorts of strategies are focused around shrewd registering methodologies, or thereabouts called computational discernment, which are broadly utilized as a part of the exploration of database, information mining, machine learning, and data recovery. In our approach we first prepare the dataset. The dataset is considered from Google Trends. Google Trends is the part of Google. In this we have considered the data of the colleges from the 6 months. The six months data is considered for each website. The transaction ratings based on the apriori algorithm. It is based on 30 % minimum support. Based on the apriori algorithm we have obtained the associated ranking. The ranking is then applied to the particle swarm optimization. Then we apply random velocity PSO for predicting the future trends. The major difference between random weight PSO and typical PSO is that the velocities and positions of the particles are defined in terms of the changes of probabilities and the particles are formed by integers in {0, 1} with the limitation set and it will be randomized in each iteration. The archived results by this algorithm are efficient and optimal in comparison to the trends.

Abstract
Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the analgesic, antipyretic properties of the various (chloroform, ethanol and water) extracts from leaf of Ficus bengalensis (Moraceae) in rats. Dose of the different extracts 200mg/kg, i.p. were significantly reduced (p<0.05). The analgesic activity of leaf of Ficus bengalensis was studied using hot-plate method and tail-immersion method in rats. The antipyretic activity of leaf of Ficus bengalensis was studied in Brewer’s yeast-induced pyrexia in rats. Ethanolic extract of leaf of Ficus bengalensis showed more significant activity, while, chloroform extract and water extract does not showed significant (p<0.05) analgesic activity as compared to standard drug using hot-plate method and by tail-immersion method. Extracts obtained were also subjected to evaluate antipyretic activity by yeast induced fevered rats. Aspirin (100mg/kg) was taken as standard drug. Water and chloroform extract showed significant decrease in elevated body temperature, while ethanol extract did not showed a significant (p<0.05) decrease in elevated body temperature as compared to standard drug.

Abstract
Abstract

In this work, we examine analytical techniques; blocking probability is the statistical Probability that a connection cannot be established due to insufficient transmission. Resources in the network, usually expressed as a percentage or decimal equivalent of calls blocked by the network congestion during the busy hour. We also have shown an analytical model for evaluating the blocking probability in optical burst switched networks. This analytical model takes into consideration the effects of the burst offset time and the burst length of blocking probability.

Abstract
Abstract

The design project of Chemical Engineering focus on solving the problem related to a chemical or process industry. The aim of the research paper is to establish study on gaseous emission in cement industry of Sultanate of Oman. The study was concentrated on testing numerous options that may help in dropping the amount of emission from cement plants especially carbon dioxide emission. As per the investigation the suggested technology was CO2 capture and it was effective in terms of cost and maintain the production amount. According to energy and mass balance of the plant it has been found that 8700 tons/day of clinker produces and 5206.08 tons /day of CO2 was generated. The analysis includes the design aspect for cyclone separator that has an efficiency of 42.7%.In addition, according to the feasibility study of this study it has been noticed that FCI of making plant produce 3.17 million ton/year was 4.2 million OMR. Moreover, according to the present investigation it has been identified that the solution for minimizing the emission couldn’t depend not only in method of production but also some alternative substitution for the parameters, raw material and process equipment used for production of cement.
