Modelling and Simulation of MPPT Controller for Photovoltaic DC/DC Converter Applications
Author: Sanjay Kumar Dewangan
Abstract
Photovoltaic Cell in which photon energy of the sun is directly converted to electrical energy. But still the photovoltaic power output is low. So it is essential to improve the power of the photovoltaic. The efforts are taken continuously to develop the PV converter and controller which extract maximum power from the solar array. In process of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) one maximum power point are tracks from array input, Maximum power is get by varying the ratio between the voltage and Current. A large number of Algorithms have been developed for tracking maximum power. This paper gives details study of perturb and observe MPPT algorithm. And it can be verified by modeling the PV system with MPPT algorithm in MATLAB/Simulink Software.

Abstract
Patient data are a critical task in diverting priority attention to precise risk classification. The most advanced versions rely mostly on the digitization of electronic health records in organised form (EHRs). Such models miss the useful patient information incorporated in unstructured clinical notes, which is the predominant medium used by carers to document the illness chronology of patients. The availability of such patient-specific data provides an unparalleled chance to develop intelligent systems that offer a unique insight into the physiology of patients' illness. In addition, only very few research attempted to measure the performance of deep neural networks in publicly available data sets versus state of the art models. This study provides important findings on the applicability of deep learning models for the clinical task of ICD-9 group prediction from our benchmarking tests. We offer FarSight, a long-term aggregation method designed to spot the early signs of the illness. The semantine information is taken from the patient representations by the use of vector space and topic modelling techniques. MIMIC-III database experiments highlighted higher performance of suggested unbuilt-data models, which improved by 19.34 percent in AUPRC and 5.41 percent in AUROC when compared to a structured EHR-based state of the art model in AUPRC.
A Review Paper on the Study of Hydrological Parameters in Meerut Region
Authors: Gaurav Kashyap, Shivam Vishwakarma, Shivam Yadav, Piyush Yadav
Abstract
Rainfall is a prime component in the hydrological parameters in Meerut region. Rainfall is an important factor for various studies like engineering, agriculture, weather, and many more. This article aims to review studies for rainfall trends and variability all over India. Rainfall trends vary at different places throughout the country. Precipitation analysis provides knowledge related to agricultural activities to assess the availability of water and to take proper measures for storage. Non-parametric tests such as Sen’s Slope were used as estimator of trend magnitude which was supported by Mann-Kendall test. Regarding rainfall trend results of different studies shows variation which leads to an unclear picture of rainfall trend. In the study of monsoon of different locations in India some places showed increasing trends however there is signifying decrease in trend allover India. It was also mentioned that analysis can vary from for a location if done using different source or types of collection of data.
Regulatory Requirements for Drug Development and Approval in United States: A Review
Authors: Swati Rawat, Akhilesh Gupta
Abstract
In this paper a brief history and an overview of the regulatory process for drug approval in the United States through illustrations of Investigational New Drug (INDs) Applications and New Drug Applications (NDAs), abbreviated new drug applications (ANDAs) and supplemental new drug applications (SNDAs) are provided. For INDs, the regulatory requirements for a well-designed protocol, the role and responsibility of institutional review boards, and the applicability of treatment INDs are discussed. For NDAs, issues regarding the application of expanded access, the submission of abbreviated NDAs for a generic drug, the submission of supplemental NDAs for labeling changes, and the role and responsibility of advisory committees are addressed. Along with this a brief description of review steps taken by FDA is provided.

Abstract
Online Social Networking is a way to connecting people well-balanced. So more immensely large number of OSN sites are elevated at speed like a face book, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and so on. All the OSN sites have to engender singularity and apperception of each user, so we require to amass rudimental information's like denomination, mail id, mobile number and other details for every user have to engender friends circle for more interactive conversation among more members. But in this system, every utilizer has some of the activities on probing friends and making them as friends, there is no discussion between user activities for guidance and make friends. Any user can view profile details of other persons. These are the main disadvantage of Previous System. To overcome from the above problem, this project is proposed. In proposed system, if any users want to engender friend request then sent a request with some of the activity listed, then this request received people can view the activity value at abaft the request information. If someone to operate as Friend for the requested person then accept the request, Otherwise, its reject the request. After accepting the friend request, then send profile key to new Friend and also older friends for viewing the profile. This profile key is also changed at every time when the user changing the profile. After When the user can also send a profile key.
