Abstract
Road safety is an important aspect which plays a key role in sustainable transportation development strategy. The adverse impact of modern road transportation systems is injuries and loss of life due to accidents, with the number of vehicles on the roads growing rapidly results in more traffic accidents & deaths. While the road accident situation is improving in the high income industrialized countries, most developing countries are still working to control the situation. This research is an attempt to determine present & upcoming blackspots in Meerut city, reason of the black spots & suggestions have been made to rectify them. Meerut is a city located in western part of Uttar Pradesh, India. Meerut is the 33rd most populous urban agglomeration & 26th most populous city in India According to 2011 census report. Thus it leads to more no. of accidental deaths in the city. In road safety management, an accident blackspot or black spot is a place where road traffic accidents have historically been concentrated. This study will provide the information of blackspots using Geographic Information System Software along with cause & remedies of accident sites in Meerut region.

Authors: Bhavani Swaminathan, Dr. E V Swaminathan, Dr. Sushma Vijayan
Abstract
Aims – To evaluate the efficacy of 3 Dimensional approach by analysing the diet, exercise and meditation parameters of the adults suffering from Type 2 diabetes milletus. Methods – 100 (both men and women), (35 study & 65 control group) attending the online program across PAN India. They were introduced to a complimentary therapy that would work on the reversal of their Type 2 diabetes. Results – Blood reports showed significant changes in the study group and thereby leading to healthy and happy life. Conclusions – The training of psychoneurobics and Rajyoga meditation, listening to Murli vegetarian diet, exercise & pranayam helped the diabetics in overall wellbeing.
Power Quality Enhancement Using Multi-Level Inverter with Reduced Number of Switching Devices & Minimum Standing Voltage

Abstract
Multilevel inverters (MLIs) have been extensively employed to improve the power quality of the photovoltaic (PV) systems. However, the need for large number of components, higher standing voltage, and high harmonic content in the output of a conventional MLI greatly affects the system efficiency. Asymmetrical MLIs have been therefore developed as a suitable alternative to address these issues. Current study aims at developing such a hybrid asymmetrical structure suitable for PV application that has a high level per component ratio and minimum standing voltage. The proposed MLI is assembled using a reduced switch H-bridge based (RSHB) MLI structure with ansymmetrical repeating units and different level doubling circuit (LDC) combinations. The two dc sources used in the repeating units are in the ratio of 1:nvoltage ratio and using n such units, the proposed MLI structures, i.e., PS1 and PS2 can synthesize 4n+5 and 4n+7 levels, respectively at the output instead of 2n+3 levels with only RSHB MLI. Comparative analysis reveals that both PS1 & PS2 have fewer switches, low standing voltage, less power loss, and lower cost. A 3.9 kW standalone solar PV system is considered for performance evaluation of the PS1 structure applying both the selective harmonic elimination (SHE) and carrier-based pulse width modulation (PWM) control schemes. In light of this, dc-link voltage balancing and self-voltage balancing mechanism of the LDC are warranted.

Abstract
Mobile data demand is increasing tremendously in wireless social networks, and thus an efficient pricing scheme for social-enabled services is urgently needed. Though static pricing is dominant in the actual data market, price intuitively ought to be dynamically changed to yield greater revenue. The critical question is how to design the optimal dynamic pricing scheme, with prospects for maximizing the expected long-term revenue. In this paper, we study the sequential dynamic pricing scheme of a monopoly mobile network operator in the social data market. In the market, the operator, i.e., the seller, individually offers each mobile user, i.e., the buyer, a certain price in multiple time periods sequentially and repeatedly. The proposed scheme exploits the network effects in the mobile users’ behaviors that boost the social data demand. Furthermore, due to limited radio resource, the impact of wireless network congestion is taken into account in the pricing scheme. Thereafter, we propose a modified sequential pricing policy in order to ensure social fairness among mobile users in terms of their individual utilities. To gain more insights, we further study a simultaneous dynamic pricing scheme in which the operator offers the data price simultaneously. We analytically demonstrate that the proposed dynamic pricing scheme can help the operator gain greater revenue and users achieve higher total utilities than those of the baseline static pricing scheme. We construct the social graph using Erd˝os- R´enyi (ER) model and the real dataset based social network for performance evaluation. The numerical results corroborate that the dynamics of pricing schemes over static ones can significantly improve the revenue of the operator.

Abstract
This work deals with the speed control of BLDC motor using Ardunio and PWM Technique. Brush less DC motor plays a vital role in all applications such as ling fans, pumps, automotive driver, robotic Automations etc., Now a days, lot of technologies are available In motor from controlling the speed of the motor as per the designed applications. In this regard, for control of speed in a BLDC motor application, using Ardunio Board with PWM Technique be used Speed Control of BLDC motor with various Techniques such as, using mobile applications,Blue 100th based BMS from mobile phone etc., But for those technologies. there are different mythologies and platforms. Due to there technologies the economic cost of the product will be increased and the poor people Can not be utilized further. For Society benifits, if the product cost will be reduced their utilization also improved.A product were designed to developed with low cost, user friendly, easy to handle etc with an advance technology for controlling of speed of BLDC motor.
