Abstract
Leukemia is commonly referred for different types of blood cancer of different stages. It occurs when our bone marrow forms more white blood cells tissue. Due to irregular and incomplete growth the cells become deadly and harmful for healthy body functioning. Hence it is necessary to diagnose this lethal disease at early stage. Many procedures are being researched regarding this field which aids in detection of this disease at very early stage. One such methodology is used in this proposed system of using image processing with SVM which helps in detection of Leukemia at early stage with reliable results. The proposed methodology uses different techniques of image processing such as segmentation, edge detection and feature extraction and to classify the results it uses the SVM which gives more precise results and are reliable. All this is performed in MATLAB software. For feature extraction step we have preferred to take 5 features which are referred as contrast, correlation, homogeneity, energy and local binary patterns. These features help classifier to give output precisely.
Dynamics of Reservation Policy – Moving towards inclusive growth based on Social Justice
Author: Dr. Mrs. Anjali Gaidhane
Abstract
Reservation and Inclusive Growth have been among the most intensely debated issues surrounding public policy in India, and the term has, almost, entered the world of planning, policy debates and academic discourse. The various provisions in the constitution allows the Union and the State Governments and UT’s to reserve quotas or seats, which lowers the qualifications needed in exams, job openings etc. for the ‘’socially and educationally backward citizens’’. The policy of reservation has been a measure for the emancipation of the socially and economically backward people of the nation known as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and the hugely debated Other Backward Classes (OBC).The present research paper seeks to explore the mutual relationshipbetween the policy of reservation and the aim of achieving a social order based on Social Justice and through reasoned evaluation, checktheir desirability for national development.
Energy Efficient Techniques to Protect Global Live Data Relocation
Authors: Mr. Naman Ajay Chauhan, Mr. Mohammed Bakhtawar Ahmed
Abstract
In cloud data centre the VM scheduling technique is used to realize the energy efficient operation of servers and VM migration techniques provides multiple benefits such as resource distribution and energy aware consolidation. In VM migration while moving a task from one VM to another has various security threats. The security is more important during migration to protect the data from the hackers. In the proposed paper, illustrates the security features of energy efficient techniques when it performs live VM migration is the most vulnerable process in cloud for loss of data integrity, confidentiality, unauthorized access and authorization. In this paper we propose a secure energy aware provisioning for data centre resources on virtualized platforms. Energy efficient is achieved through VM scheduling, migration mechanism and ability to switch off resources of the physical machine that are not required by VM. Further we proposed solutions to security challenges occur during VM live migration. The implementation and verification of the proposed technique is evaluated using Cloudsim. The experimental results show that our approach reduces energy consumption in data centres.
Application Of Covid-19 Mppt Algorithm To Solar Energy Conversion System
Authors: Mr. Naman Ajay Chauhan, Mr. Mohammed Bakhtawar Ahmed
Abstract
Solar PV energy conversion system and wind energy conversion system are the alternate sources of energy to the conventional sources such as coal and fossil fuels. By operating the converters, maximum power can be received from the solar and wind energy conversion system. Many Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controlling techniques are available for solar and wind energy conversion system. This paper proposes two MPPT controlling techniques namely Covid-19 MPPT and FLC based MPPT for solar PV energy conversion system. MATLAB is used to implement the two proposed MPPT techniques. The first proposed Covid-19 method combines the features of incremental conductance and hill climbing methods. The incremental conductance method, calculate the perturbation direction for operating the PV modules. The hill climbing method is simple and less parameters are involved. In incremental conductance method Maximum Power Point (MPP) is reached when dI/dV is equal to the incremental conductance. In hill climbing method the MPP is reached based on the comparison of power in the present and previous instances. In the proposed Covid-19 MPPT controlling technique both incremental conductance and change of power are considered to reach the MPP. This hybrid technique produces maximum output power form solar PV for the different temperature and irradiation levels. Hence the proposed Covid-19 method proceeds in the right direction and quickly reaches the MPP.
