Abstract
We investigate the capability of localizing node failures in communication networks from binary states (normal/ failed) of end-to-end paths. Given a set of nodes of interest, uniquely localizing failures within this set requires that different observable path states associate with different node failure events. However, this condition is difficult to test on large networks due to the need to enumerate all possible node failures. Our first contribution is a set of sufficient/necessary conditions for identifying a bounded number of failures within an arbitrary node set that can be tested in polynomial time. In addition to network topology and locations of monitors, our conditions also incorporate constraints imposed by the probing mechanism used. We consider three probing mechanisms that differ according to whether measurement paths are (i) arbitrarily controllable, (ii) controllable but cycle-free, or (iii) uncontrollable (determined by the default routing protocol). Our second contribution is to quantify the capability of failure localization through (1) the maximum number of failures (anywhere in the network) such that failures within a given node set can be uniquely localized, and (2) the largest node set within which failures can be uniquely localized under a given bound on the total number of failures. Both measures in (1– 2) can be converted into functions of a per-node property, which can be computed efficiently based on the above sufficient/necessary conditions. We demonstrate how measures (1–2) proposed for quantifying failure localization capability can be used to evaluate the impact of various parameters, including topology, number of monitors, and probing mechanisms.
Ultrasonic Studies of Binary Liquid Mixture of Diethylenetriamine (DETA) and 1-Chloronapthalene

Abstract
Density ( ), Ultrasonic velocity (U) and viscosity ( ) of the binary mixture containing Diethylenetriamine (DETA) and 1-Chloronapthalene were measured over entire composition range. These measurements were done at constant temperature 308 K and at frequency 1MHZ. These are used to compute intermolecular free length ( ), adiabatic compressibility ( ), relaxation time ( ), real volume ( ), Vanderwaal’s constant (b) and free volume (Vf). Along with the above parameters excess parameters were computed. The excess parameters evaluated are excess intermolecular free length ( ), excess free volume ( ) and excess adiabatic compressibility ( ). These parameters have been interpreted in terms of intermolecular interactions at frequency 1MHZ & at constant temperature 308K. These excess parameters have been used to discuss the nature and extent of interaction between the component molecules in the binary mixture.

Abstract
As the E-commerce industry is Booming every year, online shopping has become a norm while purchasing anything. Hence, the significance of the security of our purchased commodity has also grown. Tracking parcel gives us better visibility about where our parcel is and when we can expect to receive it. This is especially helpful in the case of sensitive or expensive deliveries. Therefore, the development of a courier tracking system using the Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM)/ General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) modem is undertaken to enable users to locate their vehicles with ease and in a convenient manner. A courier tracking system is an electronic device attached to a vehicle to enable the buyer and the seller to track the courier's location. This paper proposed to design a courier tracking system that works using GPS and GSM/GPRS technology, which would be the cheapest source of tracking. The system will provide users with the capability to track their product remotely through the mobile network and internet. The Tracking system uses a TTGO T-CALL with inbuilt GSM/GPRS SIM800l module, GPS module, to track the courier and send the latitude and longitude of the location using the network. This system is an embedded one. An embedded system is a microprocessor-based computer hardware system with software that is designed to perform a dedicated function. The software used is Blynk Application which is used to control Arduino, raspberry, ESP32 module and gives the accurate position available using the widget provided. The developed courier tracking system demonstrates the feasibility of near real-time tracking of vehicles.

Abstract
This paper explores "on-the-fly" data cleaning in the context of a user query. A novel Query- Driven Approach (QDA) is developed that performs a minimal number of cleaning steps that are only necessary to answer a given selection query correctly. The comprehensive empirical evaluation of the proposed approach demonstrates its significant advantage in terms of efficiency over traditional techniques for query-driven applications. The significance of data quality research is motivated by the observation that the of data-driven technologies such as decision support tools, data exploration, analysis, and scientific discovery tools is closely tied to the quality of data to which such techniques are applied. It is well recognized that the outcome of the analysis is only as good as the data on which the analysis is performed. That is why today organizations spend a substantial percentage of their budgets on cleaning tasks such as removing duplicates, correcting errors, and lling missing values, to improve data quality prior to pushing data through the analysis pipeline.Given the critical importance of the problem, many efforts, in both industry and academia, have explored systematic approaches to addressing the cleaning challenges.
