Abstract
Abstract

In the present days the web domain is improved with new types of services, with the increase in service and cloud computing. As a result new forms of web content collecting/designing is done based on the numerous openly available web services online. These services are utilized in many ways by different domains and with the exponential growth of these web services users are experiencing difficulties in finding and utilizing a best matching service for their mashup. A collaborative filtering approach is going to filter and recognize the similar services under same cluster and followed by those evaluation recommendations are made. Semantic based collaborative filtering for recommendation system (SCF-RS) is proposed using clustering and to improve the accuracy of the system.

This study reveals the status of disease malaria in Indian hilly areas with respect to availability of drugs and to identify the common causative parasites of malaria. The work was carried out in urban and rural areas of Tripura. In both cases 500 indoor patients' bed tickets were surveyed to find out the causative parasite, recovery period, antimalarial drug used and again to compare the facilities, diagnostic procedure and clinical status. In this study it was observed that the clinical pharmacy strategies were not well maintained in hospitals of both the areas but the disease was well handled in semi rural areas. The self medication, magic remedies /mantras are still in practice among rural peoples .In this survey it was observed that; in primary cases of malaria, patient recovered within 5-7 days; whereas in severe cases it took 25-30 days, if proper medication is provided. But 25% of patients come to hospital only when disease is in chronic situation. In both the places two types of parasites were mainly found - Plasmodium falciparum & Plasmodium vivax .In acute cases of malaria, chloroquine group of drugs were widely prescribed and in normal cases the proguanil group was the choice of drug by the physicians.

Abstract
Abstract

Menstrual blood is a rich source of stem cells, the endometrium-lining of the uterus regenerates every month. Research on stem cells provides knowledge about how healthy cells replace damaged ones in adults, leading to the possibility of cell-based therapy to treat diseases. Menstrual Stem Cells (MenSCs) show multipotency by directionally differentiating into chondrogenic, adipogenic, osteogenic, neurogenic, and cardiogenic cell lineages. These studies demonstrate the plasticity of MenSCs for potential research in regenerative medicine. Researchers seeking new and more abundant sources of stem cells for use in regenerative medicine have identified a potentially unlimited, noncontroversial, easily collectable, and inexpensive source- menstrual blood.
