An Effective Survey on Categorization of Machine Learning Algorithms
Authors: B. Hyma, M.V. Anjana Devi
Abstract
n the course of recent many years, Machine Learning (ML) has advanced from the undertaking of not many PC enthusiasts exploiting the chance of PCs figuring out how to mess around, and a piece of Mathematics (Statistics) that only sometimes viewed as computational methodologies, to an autonomous exploration discipline that has not just given the important base for factual computational standards of learning strategies, yet in addition has developed various calculations that are routinely utilized for text translation, design acknowledgment, and a numerous other business purposes and has prompted a different examination interest in information mining to distinguish covered up consistencies or anomalies. This paper centers on the various algorithms of machine learning along with clarifying the idea and advancement of Machine Learning, a portion of the well known Machine Learning computation. This work also covers the Categorization of Machine Learning Algorithms. Keywords: Machine Learning Algorithms, Categorization.
Enhancing Consenticious Personality Factor in High School Students Through Life Skills Counselling
Author: Dr. Surma S
Abstract
Life-skills counseling is an educational approach, which is used to inculcate the essential life-skills in an individual to meet the challenges and learn skills necessary for everyday life. Life skills counselling also helps in treating problematic behaviour and is useful in dealing with varied problematic behaviors. Adolescence is an age where they are influenced by family as well as external environment including peer group, media, society, etc. Hence, Life Skills Counselling for them is very much needed to enhance conscientious personality factor. High school students in their early adolescence stage face a wide variety of problems like disregarding rules, stress, inability to manage emotions, decision-making skills etc., The present research aims to study the enhancement of conscientiousness personality factor in High School Students through Life Skills Counselling Intervention. The present study involves 300 high school students (150 Boys and 150 Girls) who are selected from various schools in Mysore city corporation limit. High School Personality Questionnaire (HSPQ) was administered to elicit information regarding the personality problems of high school students. Experimental design has been applied and Life-skills counseling intervention has been given to the experimental group. The results revealed that Life-skills counseling was found to be very effective in enhancing the conscientious personality factor among the High school students.
Hayavadana: A Saga of Modern Crisis of Identity and Perfection
Author: Dr. Rajneesh Pandey
Abstract
Girish Kamad’s works whether it be his films or dramas, one thing is crystal clear that he was always motivated with the element of humanism. Humanism is explained in many ways by many critics. However in case of Karnad it is generally conceived as his utter interest in the past to understand and solve the contemporary issues. Karnad has shown us how the mythical things can give us such an insight that can show us the pragmatic way to deal with the issues of modern life in entirely new ways. That is the reason that Hayavadana is regarded as traditional play to achieve the modern objectives. The seeming message of the play is that completeness is not possible if it means the fusion of two polarities. Padmini’s utter desire for the complete man, the best of the mind and the body, is deceived and she realizes the supremacy of the intellect which decides what a man is. The reinterpretation of the myth simply represents the tangled relationships in the contemporary society and the character of Padmini represents the aura of emancipated modern woman who may be the wife of her husband but it does not mean that she cannot be attracted towards someone for a different quality of his personality. The play is all about what happens if conflict between mind and body takes place. They are not for conflict with each other rather they are made for granting what the other lacks.
Novel and Secure Privacy Preserving Model in Big Data
Authors: P. Latha, Dr. P. Niranjan
Abstract
Big data refers to enormous amounts of complex data that are challenging for standard data processing methods to process. Big data analytics is the process of generating information from huge datasets including a range of data gathered from many sources, utilizing platforms like big data clusters, hadoop, spark, and so on. The possibility of a privacy breach has grown as a result of data collecting from various sources. Because of the 3Vs (volume (huge quantity of data), Variety (structured, semi-structured, or unstructured data), and Velocity (rapid creation and processing of data), it is challenging to use conventional privacy models (privacy protecting approaches) in big data analytics. This article discusses the general design of data analytics, which depicts several phases of data analytics and can be useful in determining the phase where the security rules can be implemented. Based on a review of current privacy models, a summary of the relationship among privacy models and the three Vs of large datasets have been developed.
Cryptography as a Service on Different Platforms
Authors: Syeda Husna Mehanoor, Dr. K Venkatesh Sharma
Abstract
Cryptography as a service is becoming extremely popular. It eases the way companies deal with securing their information without having to worry about their customer’s information being accessed by someone who should not have access to it. In this overview, we will be taking a closer look at Cryp- tography as a Service. The ground we will be examining is the effectiveness of it for mobile/wireless and desktop computing. Since we will be looking at something that operates as a service, we will need to first cover the applica- tion program interface (API) basics [1] or standard software as a service (SaaS) [2]. Next, what exactly cryptography as a service means for each of the aforementioned platforms. Lastly, other possible solutions and how they compare to CaaS. For the purpose of this review, we will be looking at CaaS in a cloud environment since typical SaaS is used that way. Subsequently most cloud environments utilize a UNIX based operating system or similar solu- tion, which will be the target environment for the purpose of this paper. Pop- ular algorithms that are used in CaaS will be the final part that will be ex- amined on the grounds of how they perform, level of security offered, and usability in CaaS. Upon reading this paper the reader will have a better un- derstanding of how exactly CaaS operates and what it has to offer for mobile, desktop, and wireless users in the present and future.
