Gender clash and Patriarchal Hegemony in Dance Like a Man
Author: Dr. Rajneesh Pandey
Abstract
Mahesh Dattani is a prolific contemporary playwright. Dance Like a Man is one of the most extremely commended plays of Dattani which is remarkable for their deft craftsmanship and penetrating and insightful images of contemporary India. Dattani deftly associates this classical theme with the burning discourse of gender and patriarchal hegemony. The play revolves around the theme of the trust of ambition within the periphery of family unit and depicts Jairaj and his passion for classical dance and pathetic clash between the past and present and fixed gender roles in society. Amritlal, the father of Jairaj, being the the representative of orthodox middle class society and is entirely discontented and mocks his son’s interest in dance which he considers as a debased kind of art performed by Devadasis. On the other hand Ratna, the wife of Jairaj is reluctant to accept her husband as he is and expects him to be more of a man. The focal point of the play is the inhuman imposition of biased gender identity by Ratna and Amritlal on Jairaj against his love of dance. The play begins with socio-cultural objective, develops through psychological human dimensions and finally achieves the philosophical suggestiveness which clearly denies gender discriminations and any kind of hegemony.
V Hire an Android App for Job Recruitment
Authors: Shaik Firoz Khan, Shaik Karimulla, Chintalapudi Swarnamukhi, Kota Prasanna, Adusumalli Meenakshi , T Ravi Bhargav
Abstract
The aim of this project is to reduce the workload of Recruitment Manager. This project is beneficial for work at home concept. Manager will receive a mail or message from the company for the recruitment of a candidate. He will provide these details to mobile application (Android App). This App can be made available on any smart phone like Facebook (icon). Using cloud computing the data will get posted on the on various Websites like Naukari.com. This App will receive resumes which are then forward to the company. Using this basic idea recruitment management process will go on. The TPO aspects for Campus selection are considered in this particular app. Instead of applying manually or on a website, one can download that Application on his cell phone and apply for placement. This application will be fast enough as compared to others. Secondly more enhances work at home concept. In addition to the requirement process, companies can approach to different colleges. They will provide their requirement details to recruitment manager, and then he will publish it on various college sites. Even the aptitude test papers can be sent with help of this App. After receiving the Result he will notify the candidates about their selection and will also provide them with detailed schedule using this App.

Abstract
High speed Video transmission over Wireless LAN has been an important media for communications and entertainment for many decades. as mobile data rates continues and more people rely on WLAN transmission. Transmitting video in a good quality over the wireless network is a challenge to service provides.UMTS is one of the features of cellular communication which is able to yield the various types of services as per users satisfaction. High Speed video is emerging as a replacement illustration in popular multimedia applications (e.g., cloud gaming) to achieve smooth viewing by experience of perceived by the end-users. Within the context of High speed streaming video, end-to-end distortion and sending frame rate are equally important to the perceptual quality. The IEEE802.11b is used in a point-to-multipoint configuration, where in an access point communicates via an unidirectional antenna with mobile clients within the range of the access point. In this work we analyze and evaluate the performance of existing QOS for video transmission over UMTS network. The performance is evaluated based on some QOS parameters. The simulation will done by using Exata network simulator version 7.0,it verifies the parameters like jitter, pocket delivery ratio and delay values for UMTS and LTE routing algorithm. Finally it will conclude with best result for the routing protocols.

Abstract
Long waiting times for registration to see a doctor is problematic in India, especially in tertiary hospitals. To address this issue, a web-based appointment system, we developed a mobile app for hospital. The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of the mobile based appointment system in the registration service for outpatients.

Abstract
Neural networks, one of the main artificial intelligence technologies today, have the computational power and learning ability similar to the brain. However, implementation of neural networks based on the CMOS von Neumann computing systems suffers from the communication bottleneck restricted by the bus bandwidth and memory wall resulting from CMOS downscaling. With the advances of nanotechnology, the memristors based designs have been widely used in many applications such as mixed- signal design, non- volatile memories, CNN- Architectures. Multiply- accumulate calculations using a memristor crossbar array is an important method to realize neuromorphic computing. However, the memristor array fabrication technology is still immature, and it is difficult to fabricate large-scale arrays with high-yield, which restricts the development of memristor-based neuromorphic computing technology. Therefore, cascading small-scale arrays to achieve the neuromorphic computational ability that can be achieved by large-scale arrays, which is of great significance for promoting the application of memristor-based neuromorphic computing. To address this issue, we present a memristor-based cascaded framework with some basic computation units, several neural network processing units can be cascaded by this means to improve the processing capability of the dataset.
