Abstract
Abstract

The bacterial organisms were isolated from drinking water (Bacillus, Borchothrix, Clavibacter sp, Ancylobacter sp, and Brevi bacterium). Selected Indian medicinal plants Cardiospermum halicacabum and Melothria heterophylla were selected for antibacterial studies. The solvents used for the extraction of plant roots were n- butanol, ethyl acetate and distilled water. The invitro antibacterial activity was performed by agar well diffusion method. The most susceptible Gram-Postive bacteria was Bacillus sp, Brevibacterium sp, and the most susceptible Gram-negative bacteria was Borchothrix sp, Clavibacter sp, and Ancylobacter sp. The extracts of plant Cardiospermum halicacabum and Melothria heterophylla inhibited the growth of the bacterial strains investigated. The most active extracts was compared with the standard antibiotics, penicillin, Streptomycin and Ampicillin 100mg/disc). The results obtained in the present study suggest that Cardiospermum halicacabum and Melothria heterophylla could be used in treating diseases caused by the test organisms. The results are discussed in detail.

Abstract
Abstract

The leaf powder of Mimosa pudica, Psidium guajava and Ipomoea aquatica forsk leaves were investigated against different spices of Gram negative bacteria i.e Shigella sonnei, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella typhi, Escherichia Coli and fungi are Aspergillums niger, Candida albicans. The screening was performed by standard disc diffusion method. The leaf extract exhibited the highest antibacterial activity against E. Coli with 15±3mm zone of inhibition and for fungi the leaf extract have more anti fungal activity on Aspergillus niger 14±1mm zone of inhibition.

Abstract
Abstract

Rice bran wax is a natural vegetable wax and is a value added by-product of Rice bran oil refineries. It is hard nontacky wax and contains higher fatty alcohols and esters which make it comparable to Carnauba wax. In the present work, studies are carried out on Rice bran wax for various physico-chemical properties like solubility, melting point, specific gravity, moisture content, saponification value, acid value, ester value, hydroxyl value, unsaponifiable matter, Iodine number etc. Moreover the solid state compatibility studies was carried out by using mixture of Nifedipine and RBW in the 1:1 ratio at 60° c for 15 days and observed for its physical changes i. e. discoloration, liquefaction, gas formation etc and chemical changes i.e. interaction in between Nifedipine and RBW. It was carried out by using Differential Scanning Colorimetry (DSC) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). The result shows that there are no physical and chemical changes; therefore RBW can be used in formulations of Nifedipine.

Abstract
Abstract

We have been investigating that the atomic study of Fusarium incarnatum with the utilization of Bioinformatics tools. We have been involved in the insilico study on the plant pathogen the Fusarium incarnatum. The involvement of Nucleotides and atoms in this species can be identified with the help of Bioinformatics tools. We can also involved in the analysis of amino acids which are present in this species and calculated the start and stop codons in different frames.
